Additionally, we have heat treat capabilities up to 2100 degrees Fahrenheit in one of a number of furnaces calibrated in accordance with AMS-2750. Our heat treat processes and equipment have been reviewed and approved by Performance Review Institute (PRI) and certified by the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP).

Where necessary, outside processes not limited to but including Passivation, Vacuum Heat Treatment, Plating(Cadmium, Tin, Zinc, Chrome), Coatings(Black Oxide), Shot Peening are performed by suppliers approved by Hoosier Spring and our Customers. These suppliers and ther "Special Processes" are also approved by NADCAP where necessary.
